By accessing the Prodo interface or using our automated knowledge systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these structural guidelines, you must immediately disconnect your local environment. Our mission is to provide a high-fidelity environment for deep work, and these terms ensure the integrity of the system for all specialists.
System Access and Security
Prodo provides a private intelligence layer designed for knowledge synthesis and archival. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your local stack and any credentials used to bridge your data with our environment. Any unauthorized use of your account or breach of system integrity must be reported to our support architecture at support@prodo.email. We reserve the right to suspend access if we detect patterns that threaten the stability of the global network.
Intellectual Property and Data Ownership
You retain absolute ownership of all original content, books, and insights processed through the Prodo pipeline. By using the service, you grant Prodo a limited, non-exclusive license to analyze and synthesize your data solely for the purpose of providing your personalized knowledge archive. We do not claim ownership of your creative or technical output. The Prodo brand, interface design, and underlying logic remain the exclusive property of our studio.
Prohibited Use of the System
The Prodo environment is built for meaningful synthesis and architectural thinking. You are strictly prohibited from using the platform to automate the distribution of malicious code, engage in systemic data scraping, or interfere with the silent assistant protocols of other users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for activities that introduce friction into the professional ecosystem or violate the privacy of our distributed team of specialists.
Limitation of Liability and Termination
Proponents of the system acknowledge that Prodo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. While we strive for sub-millisecond delivery and bug-free code, we do not guarantee that the system will be uninterrupted at all times. In no event shall Prodo be liable for any loss of data or cognitive focus resulting from system latency. You may terminate your agreement at any time by archiving your data and closing your account via the system dashboard.
